			<description><![CDATA[ Last weekend my friend and I watched and episode of Torchwood taped from BBC America.  This gave me an idea,<br>why not CBC America?  It would be like BBC America, except they would show current Canadian shows, (Intellegence, Little Mosque On The Prairie) and older shows, (The Beachcomers, Degrassi Junior High, Mr Dressup, The Friendly Giant.) 			<title><![CDATA[ Channel 9 Movies ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ On Saturday night early Sunday morning I began watching the Channel 9 late movie The Hustler.  At about 3:00 AM, during a comercial break, an informercial started and the rest of the movie was not shown.  The same thing happened a week later during a showing of The Grapes Of Wrath.  <br><br>     I can't really comment about what's going on except by saying this is no way to run a station. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I was a teenage boy back in the 70's and I always stayed up late trying to catch the movies on the french channel (then on channel 78)  CBEFT.  You couldn't count on it--but some of those french Canadian movies were pretty racy for the times (though very tame compared to television today). I spent many hours  watching french language movies with no idea what was going on just in hopes of one second of nudity.  Sometimes I was amazed with the content--I especially recall a series on the life... ]]></description>
